What counts as a transaction?
Each row in your uploaded CSV or Excel file counts as one transaction. Only the upload itself counts against your monthly credits — viewing results or downloading reports does not.
What happens when I hit my monthly limit?
You can still view all your existing projects and results. New file uploads are paused until your credits reset at the start of the next billing cycle, or you upgrade your plan.
Can I switch plans anytime?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately and your credit limit is updated right away. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
Is there a free trial for paid plans?
The Free tier is permanent and requires no credit card. Paid plans come with a 14-day money-back guarantee — if you're not satisfied, contact us for a full refund.
